Baby truths

Even though people say every kid is different, I've decided that every baby, EVERY baby, loves two things: the book Goodnight Moon and Sophie the giraffe.  Those things are inexplicable crack to babies!  Goodnight Moon is one of the weirdest books ever but every kid seems to have it and love it.  I mean, there's actually a line in the book that says "goodnight nobody."  Wtf that is creepy!

Mom fail

I knew it would happen sooner or later.  On Monday I dressed baby all cute then rushed out the door, only to discover thirty minutes later I had forgotten to put a diaper on her.  I caught a piece of poop in my hand after unsnapping her rompers snaps.  A piece of poop.  I guess it's better then her having peed in a tunnel during Gymboree which was where we were heading.  So maybe her poop saved me from that embarassmrnt.  It's like she knows.,,
